HEATLESS ADSORPTION AIR DRYER CONTROL METHOD AND DEVICE

A heatless adsorption air dryer control method and device, using a programmable logic controller (PLC) as a control core; a dew point temperature sensor and a pressure dew point sensor are provided at an air outlet for monitoring the dew point temperature and the pressure dew point at the air outlet; a temperature sensor is provided at the air inlet for monitoring the temperature at the air inlet; a pressure sensor is provided at a pneumatic combination valve silencer for collecting abnormal pressure signals; feeding back data values obtained by all of the sensors to a PLC controller, such that the PLC controller controls the operation of the heatless adsorption air dryer according to the data obtained by all of the sensors. The present invention employs a PLC and controls the dew point temperature at the air outlet to advance or delay switching between the adsorption/regeneration times of an air dryer, thus reducing consumption of outlet air, improving quality of outlet air, and extending the service life of a device, while transmitting collected electric signals to a display screen or sending alarm signals, as well as realizing remote control of the device.
