The present invention relates to a coating solution composition capable of forming a coating film having water repellency, oil repellency, and fouling resistance by being coated on a surface of various materials such as glass, plastic, ceramics, and metal. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the coating solution composition contains 10-30 wt% of nano-silica sol with respect to the total weight of the coating solution, and the nano-silica sol can be surface-treated by means of fluorosilane represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Rf refers to a fluorinated alkyl group, and R refers to methyl, ethyl, and propyl. |
