Disclosed is a chaos signal generating circuit which can generate a controllable chaos signal. The disclosed chaos signal generating circuit can generate a periodic signal or a chaos signal depending on gate voltage of a variable metal-oxide semiconductor (MOS) resistor. The disclosed chaos signal generating circuit does not include an inductor or the like, thereby easily integrating a circuit. The chaos signal generating circuit comprises: an active filter block connected to a first node; a resistor positioned between the first node and a second node; a variable diode which is connected to the second node, and has a negative resistor value; and a capacitor connected to the second node in parallel with the variable diode. |
