The present invention relates to a plate using an emulsion-treated active material and a Ni-MH battery having the same, and more specifically, to a single plate which collectively composes an AB_5-based PVA-coated and emulsion-treated active material composition and pocket bondage, and a Ni-MH battery having the same. The present invention emulsion-treats a hydrogen storage alloy to firmly form an active material in a cuboid shape to dispose the active material firmly and stably in a pocket strip. Also, the present invention emulsion-treats the hydrogen storage alloy and coats the active material with polyvinyl alcohol to prevent the active material from separating to extend the life of a battery. Also, the present invention forms a spike around a hole of the pocket strip to minimize movement of the active material. Also, the present invention affixes multiple pocket strips to each other to make a single plate to prevent movement of the pocket strips and maximize conductivity. |
