PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat packing vacuum container having such a structure that a content can be easily taken out by squeezing a constricted waist part.SOLUTION: A heat packing vacuum container 1 has a mouth 2 and a shank 8. The shank 8 has: a shoulder 3 which is continued to the mouth 2; a constricted waist part 4 which has a circular cross section and is continued to the shoulder 3; a lower barrel part 5 continued to the waist part 4; and a bottom 7 continued to the lower barrel part 5. The lower barrel part 5 and the bottom 7 are provided with a panel part 6 which suppresses that by inward deformation of the lower barrel part 5 and the bottom 7 during pressure reduction, other parts thereof are so deformed as to be recessed. The waist part 4 has a shape of gently constricted to a degree such that a resistance thereof when the waist part is squeezed by a user and so on and is deformed is smaller than a resistance when deformed in the case that the waist part is not constricted.
