PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rolling element from springing out, by inhibiting accidental rotation of an annular ring in a winding core support device which is not subjected to external insertion of a winding core and which is not taken for use.SOLUTION: In a winding core support device, an annular ring 7 is rotatably fitted and inserted into an outer peripheral part of a collar body 3 subjected to external insertion of a hollow winding core, and provided with engagement means 8 that is moved in a radially outward direction of the collar body by rotatively driving the collar body 3 to press and support an inner surface of the winding core. An outer peripheral part of the ring 7 is provided with a press contact mechanism 20 for urging a pressing body 21 to an inner surface of the winding core to press it. The pressing body 21 regulates relative rotation of the collar body and the ring in a protruding position, and allows the relative rotation of the collar body 3 and the ring 7 in a receding position. |
