PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more flexible and convenient environment for use of a device.SOLUTION: In a program containing a first program layer including a command set to be translated and executed by a processor, and a second program layer including a command set translated in advance by a component other than the processor, image processing including color conversion is executed on image data to be processed that is designated in the first program layer. The color-converted image data is converted into image data in a format that can be used in the first program layer.
