Provided is an analysis method for biological sample components, whereby easy and accurate quantification and calculation is possible of either a plasma component or a blood cell component in a trace and unknown quantity of a whole blood sample taken from a finger, etc. This method analyses a biological sample component in a trace amount of blood and is characterized by including: analysis of a dilution buffer solution into which the blood is placed, an internal standard substance included in the dilution buffer solution, and/or an external standard substance; calculation of the dilution rate; and analysis of the biological component of the plasma or serum component in the blood. |
