PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer-taste beverage having a distinctive fruit-like fragrance accompanied by herb-like and sweet apple tea-like flavors, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The beer-taste beverage is a malt beverage including at least 1.9 to 3.6 ppb of (Z)-3-hexene-1-ol, 38.3 to 73.2 ppb of linalool, 3.0 to 5.8 ppb of geranyl acetate, 24.3 to 38.7 ppb of &bgr;-citronellol, 4.6 to 6.8 ppb of nerol, 42.1 to 63.2 ppb of heptanoic acid, 0.13 to 0.14 ppb of &bgr;-ionone, 37.6 to 62.1 ppb of isobutyl isobutyrate, and 4.5 to 9.4 ppb of cis-linalool oxide. The method for manufacturing the beer-tast beverage as fermented beverage includes fermenting a pre-fermentation liquid with addition of hop. |
