PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation metal fitting for a roof that installs an object with sufficient fitting strength by screwing a holding nut and a fitting nut on a common bolt.SOLUTION: A fixing nut 108 is tightened on a male screw 104 of a holding nut 80, to retain the holding nut 80 to a base member 30 in a way that allows rotation around an axis but not a relative movement in an axial direction. While a suspension bracket 20 is being fixed on a metal roof model 14 by tightening the holding nut 80, a bolt 48 screwed on the holding nut 80 is unable to move in a vertical direction relative to the suspension bracket 20. As such, the bolt 48 is prevented from moving upward relative to a base part 36 when a fitting nut 118 is tightened on the bolt 48 for fixing an installed object 12. Thus, the installed object 12 is held and fixed between the base part 36 and a holding metal 24 according to a tightening force of the fitting nut 118. |
