PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having a long pot life and a high crosslinking rate without using an organic tin compound and to provide a surface protective film.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition which comprises (C) 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. of a bifunctional or higher isocyanate compound, (D) 0.001 to 0.5 pt.wt. of a crosslinking catalyst for a metal chelate compound and (E) 0.1 to 300 pts.wt. of a keto-enol tautomer, based on 100 pts.wt. of (A) a copolymer of at least one (meth)acrylate monomer having an alkyl group having 4 to 18 carbon atoms and (B) a copolymerizable monomer having a hydroxyl group as a copolymerizable monomer group, wherein the pts.wt. ratio of (E) to (D) is 70 to 1000. |
