PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum pigment composition which has excellent brilliancy and moldability and can provide a resin composition with reduced foreign matter on the surface of its molding.SOLUTION: An aluminum pigment composition comprises flaky aluminum powder and lubricant, with the content of a volatile organic compound of 2 mass% or less. The lubricant is a polyhydric alcohol ester of a fatty acid that is solid at room temperature and has a melting point of 80°C or less.
