PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high waterproof effect at a but-joint part and a connection.SOLUTION: In split bodies 1, 2 obtained by splitting a waveguide into two, first grooves 4a, 4b are provided in respective but-joint surfaces along a waveguide, and second grooves 6a, 6b communicating with the first grooves 4a, 4b are provided in the outer periphery of waveguide openings at the ends of respective split bodies 1, 2. The width of the second groove 6 is set larger than that of the first groove 4, the split bodies 1, 2 are butted and coupled while fitting a packing 7 in the first groove 4, and a split waveguide is connected with other member and fixed in place while fitting an O-ring 8 in the second groove 6. |
