PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for removal of partial flicker on the screen (in the frame).SOLUTION: An imaging device includes an imaging element 3 including a pixel array where a plurality of pixels are arranged in two-dimensional matrix, and a peripheral circuit outputting the luminance value of the pixel as a digital signal, and a video signal generation circuit 6 generating a video signal from a digital signal outputted from the imaging element 3. The pixels include a normal pixel for creating the video signal, and a flicker detection pixel being driven with an exposure time shorter than the normal pixel, and the detection pixels are arranged in place of the normal pixels, at a predetermined pixel interval. |
