PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom device capable of making a replay to indicate the apparent existence of a resident though he/she is not at home.SOLUTION: An intercom device (an intercom master unit 23) is a device arranged at home and capable of making a telephone call with an intercom slave unit (22) arranged outside. The device includes: a portable terminal communication section (61) for performing communication with a portable terminal (25) that has been previously registered as a coordinated terminal; a terminal voice extraction section (72) for extracting only the voice of a caller by excluding background sound from a sound signal acquired by the portable terminal; a background sound acquisition section (71) for acquiring home background sound; and a sound synthesis section (73) for generating synthetic sound obtained by synthesizing the extracted voice with the acquired background sound. In a case where a resident is not at home when a visitor calls from the intercom slave unit, a call can be made between the intercom slave unit and the portable terminal by the portable terminal communication section, and also the synthetic sound is output from the portable terminal to the intercom slave unit. |
