PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interpupillary distance meter capable of outputting satisfactory measurement result.SOLUTION: An interpupillary distance meter for measuring an interpupillary distance of a subject based on positions of right and left eyes to be examined includes: measurement mark moving means for moving formation positions of measurement marks formed for the right and left eyes to be examined respectively through right and left examination windows; calculation means for calculating the interpupillary distance of the subject based on the formation positions of the measurement marks which have been positioned for the eyes to be examined; and display control means for displaying the result of the calculation of the interpupillary distance calculated by the calculation means at intervals smaller than 0.5 mm on result display means.
