摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binaural hearing aid system improving omni-directional sensing of a user.SOLUTION: A hearing aid system includes a first hearing aid 4 including a first set of microphones 8, 10, a first beam former 16, a first processing module 20, and a first receiver 24, and a second hearing aid 6 including a second set of microphones 40, 42, a second beam former 48, a second processing module 52, and a second receiver 56. The first beam former 16 in a first operation mode is configured to generate a first voice signal 18 according to first primary space characteristics, and a second beam former 48 in a first operation mode is configured to generate a second voice signal 50 according to second primary space characteristics. The first primary space characteristics have a first main lobe having first direction, and the second primary space characteristics have a second main lobe having second direction. The second direction is different from the first direction.
