Disclosed in the present invention are an electrical arc ablation-resistant switch contact and preparation method for same; the switch contact is a composite body having a multiple-layered structure, the first layer being a hydrophobic rubber layer, the second layer being an adhesive layer, the third layer being a metal sheet layer, the fourth layer being an adhesive layer, and the fifth layer being a metal plated layer; a composite body of the first layer, the second layer, the third layer, and the fourth layer is dipped into an electroless plating solution containing refractory metal elements, and the metal plated fifth layer is deposited onto the surface of the second layer, the third layer, and the fourth layer of the composite body using a method of chemical deposition. The switch contact prepared by the present invention is convenient to manufacture, has a good metallic hue, low contact resistance, high resistance to electrical arc ablation, and a long service life. |
