MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF LOW-SALT KIMCHI USING THE TOMATO SAUCE

The present invention relates to a method for producing a tomato sauce which is suitable for producing low-salt kimchi, and a method for producing low-salt kimchi by using the same. When kimchi is produced by using a tomato sauce for producing kimchi produced through the method for producing a tomato sauce, the taste of kimch is not changed and a preservation period is also not changed although a side ingredient is less used, so kimchi may be produced at inexpensive costs.
