The present invention relates to an apparatus to prevent an inlet member from blocking by vibrating the inlet member for sucking sediments and a cleaning robot including the same. The apparatus for preventing sludge blockage according to the present invention comprises: a support frame; an inlet member mounting part which is arranged in the support frame and allows the inlet member for sucking sludge to be connected thereto; an excitation part which is installed in the support frame and drives the inlet member mounting part to prevent the inlet member from blocking by vibrating the inlet member. Therefore, the present invention solves the problem of an overload applied to a suction pump by preventing the inlet member from blocking, thereby reducing a failure in a pump and power consumption.
