<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing filling device for a roll type automatic packaging machine capable of satisfactorily sealing a filling opening by heat seal without causing biting of a mixture raw material or seal failure even when a liquid raw material and the mixture raw material are mixed and filled into a content filling part of a packaging bag while having a simple and low-cost structure, and to thereby achieve high product quality without any defective quality. <P>SOLUTION: This mixing filling device for a roll type automatic packaging machine 1 includes: a first filling nozzle 10 intermittently filling a first raw material in a cylindrical packaging bag; second and third filling nozzles 20, 30 filling second and third liquid raw materials; and a pair of squeezing rolls 41, 42 disposed immediately below the filling nozzle groups and adjusting a liquid surface level position of the raw material by nipping the cylindrical packaging bag.
