The present invention relates to a method for preparing a bukkumi pancake with excellent preservability and cooking convenience by boiling powder used as a main material using steam to make skins. To achieve this, the method for preparing a bukkumi pancake comprises the following steps of: (i) soaking millet and nonglutinous rice and primarily grinding the same into powder; (ii) putting 60-90 parts by weight of nonglutinous rice powder, 6-12 parts by weight of millet starch, and 3-6 parts by weight of refined salt, with respect to 100 parts by weight of millet powder, and secondarily grinding the same again and mixing the same; (iii) boiling the mixed powders obtained in the step (ii) by using steam; (iv) cooling down the boiled material in the step (iii) and making bukkumi skins by using the cooled material; and (v) putting stuffing into the bukkumi skins, and molding and packaging the same. |
