FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and represents anaesthetic composition, which contains neuroactive steroidal anaesthetic, composed with cyclodextrin, where neuroactive steroidal anaesthetic is selected from the group, consisting of alphadolone, alphaxalone and pregnanolone. Cyclodextrin represents (7) sulphobutyl ether of beta-cyclodextrin. Molar ratio of steroidal anaesthetic to cyclodextrin is within the interval from 1:1.6 to 1:2.5, except alphadolone, where it constitutes from 1:2 to 1:2.5.
