The present invention relates to a composite electronic component having a plurality of passive elements and a board for mounting the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the composite electronic component includes: a tantalum capacitor including a body part including a tantalum powder sintered body and a tantalum wire disposed on one surface of the body part of the tantalum capacitor; a plurality of multilayer ceramic capacitors disposed on an upper part of the tantalum capacitor and having a ceramic body on which a plurality of dielectric layers and inner electrodes are alternately disposed; and a molding part surrounding the tantalum capacitor and the multilayer ceramic capacitors. Therefore, the composite electronic component has excellent acoustic noise reduction efficiency.
