The present invention relates to a driving device for a painting robot and the painting robot including the same. The driving device includes: a driving part which is located in an explosion proof region with a first pressure in the painting robot; a main body which has one side connected to the driving part, and the other side connected to a reducer installed to the driving part; an injection part which has one end connected to a lubricant supply part for supplying lubricant to the main body, and the other end installed to the lower end of the main body; and a discharge part which is installed on the upper end of the main body to allow lubricant stored in the main body to be discharged by the lubricant injected by the injection part. According to the present invention, the lubricant stored in the main body is discharged by the lubricant injected by the injection part, and thereby contaminated lubricant can be replaced, and the working efficiency of the driving part can be improved.
