This utility model relates to the process of producing muffins from banana (Musa sp) following an easy procedure which generally involves sifting and measuring flour, adding baking powder and salt; creaming two eggs, oil, and sugar; adding dry ingredients and 125 ml evaporated milk alternately; mixing and adding 125 ml blended banana; mixing thoroughly and setting aside; greasing the muffin pan and pouring the batter mixture; baking in pre- heated oven for 30-40 minutes; and removing from the oven and letting it cool for 10 minutes. |
