A transaction setting information storage part stores an upstream trader from whom an intermediary trader purchases a product identified by a product ID, in association with the product ID and an intermediary trader ID of the intermediary trader. A price storage part stores a first sales price which is a sales price of the product by an upstream trader identified with an upstream trader ID, in association with the product ID and the upstream trader ID, and to store a second sales price which is a sales price of the product by the intermediary trader, in association with the product ID and the intermediary trader ID. An order management part receives, from a downstream trader to whom the intermediary trader sells the product, an order of the product to the intermediary trader together with input of the product ID, a downstream trader ID of the downstream trader, and an order quantity of the product. A slip issuance processing part issues an order slip from the downstream trader to the intermediary trader on the basis of the order quantity received by the order management part and the second sales price, and issues an order slip from the intermediary trader to the upstream trader on the basis of the order quantity received by the order management part and the first sales price. |
