The present invention relates to an antenna embedded sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an antenna embedded sheet which is composed of a shielding metal and a binder to increases electromagnetic filed shielding efficiency by using a shielding sheet having high permeability, and a manufacturing method thereof. In addition, the antenna embedded sheet comprises: an antenna layer arranged for a conductive metal to have a predetermined pattern; a plurality of first shielding layers arranged in an empty space where a conductive metal pattern of the antenna layer is not formed; and a second shielding layer arranged in the antenna layer and one surface of the first shielding layer, and covering the first shielding layer.
