PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handcart that is excellent in operability and that can be folded safely, easily and compactly even by an elderly person and a physically impaired person.SOLUTION: A small diameter cylinder part 51 of a handle support part is fitted to the large diameter cylinder part 52 in a manner making the small diameter cylinder part 51 slidable, with a handle 41 supported on the upper end, and with a space 53 formed that is continuous in the cylinder axis direction between the lower end side and the large diameter cylinder part 52. In addition, the small diameter cylinder part 51 and the large diameter cylinder part 52 are interlocked to make them vertically movable by pushing and withdrawing the handle 41, making the front wheel frame 1 and rear wheel frame 2 opened and closed. Also, at the position facing the space 53 of the large diameter cylinder part 52, there are vertically provided slide lock pin insertion holes 52c, 52d. When a pin tip end part 65a of the slide lock pin 65 enters the space 53 through either one of the slide lock pin insertion holes 52c, 52d, the front wheel frame 1 and the rear wheel frame 2 can be locked at the open leg position or the closed leg position. In addition, even if the large diameter cylinder part 52 is slide-locked, the small diameter cylinder part 51 is made slidable relative to the large diameter cylinder part 52. |
