A method and a system for operating an emergency training program are disclosed. The method of operating the emergency training program in the system of operating the emergency training program comprises: setting a scenario and measurement index according to emergency situation; selecting specific scenario from the scenario according to the emergency situation depending on training field; operating a simulation in accordance with the selected specific scenario; monitoring training situation according to the simulation; measuring training result by comparing result of the monitoring with the measurement index; and providing feedback based on the training result. |
