The present invention relates to a light emitting device package used for display or lighting, a light emitting device package module and a backlight unit. The present invention includes: a light emitting device; and a lead frame which includes a first electrode installed in one direction based on an electrode separation space, a second electrode installed in the other direction based on the electrode separation space, and a heat transmission part which is installed between the first electrode and the second electrode and mounts the light emitting device to be thermally connected to the light emitting device. A first insertion part partly inserted into a first lead hole formed on a substrate can be installed in the first electrode. A second insertion part partly inserted into a second lead hole formed on the substrate can be installed in the second electrode.
