The present invention relates to a method for providing an automatic text message response service. The method for providing an automatic text message response service comprises: a first step of detecting a phone number of a user terminal, which is connected to an automatic text message response system in real time, by a CID controller and providing the phone number to an SMS server; a second step of enabling a user to select a desired service by using a key of the terminal; a third step of clarifying a matter of legal liability; a fourth step of transmitting SMS data to the terminal of the user through cable/wireless communication networks; a fifth step of receiving a check result of the user and repeating the following steps; a sixth step of immediately connecting the user to a counselor through a voice call when the user requests connection to the counselor; and a seventh step of reading finally obtained information from a text message server and transmitting the information to the user terminal through a wireless Internet. Therefore, the method for providing an automatic text message response service can maintain security through personal authentication and clarify the matter of legal liability. |
