摘要 The present invention relates to a method of low energy BIM developing and planning with low-cost external insulator and finishing material design which are optimized to an architectural area by designating, to the outer skin of a building, information about insulators, finishing materials, external windows and doors, and external shades. The method comprises the steps of: (a) selecting an architectural planning zone (S100); (b) generating a module regarding thickness/property/physical property information by type of insulators and finishing materials including building cost information (S200); (c) generating an outer skin window and door module in each orientation of the building (S300); (d) generating an outer skin shade module in each orientation of the building (S400); (e) generating a cost simulation module according to energy and quantity calculated by using areas of insulators, finishing materials, windows and doors, and shades for the outer skin in each orientation of the building (S500); (f) determining whether to modify a simulation (S600); (g) selecting quantity and cost according to percentages of areas of low-energy insulators, finishing materials, windows and doors, and shades for the outer skin in each orientation of the building when the outer skin is not modified (S700); and (h) reflecting architectural design considering the selected quantity and cost (S800).
