PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine which can be small-sized without drastically elongating the oil passages of a hydraulic clutch, an oil pump and a hydraulic adjusting device, even in the case where an oil filter is interposed between the hydraulic clutch and the oil pump.SOLUTION: A second oil filter 71 is so disposed in an oil pan 30 in the lower part of an internal combustion engine as is arranged at a position not overlapping a controlling pump 105 and a hydraulic adjusting device 75, as seen in a side view, and below the controlling pump 105 and the hydraulic adjusting device 75. |
