<p>The circulator has an internal circuit with a liquid material intake orifice (2a) and a liquid material discharge orifice (4a). A propulsion chamber has rigid surfaces (9, 10), between which a deformable plane diaphragm (1) is placed. A diaphragm-exciting member is arranged on the side of the orifice (2a) to produce a reciprocating motion on one of edges of the diaphragm to generate a ripple. The diaphragm is associated with generating units generating tension in the diaphragm, where the tension is variable between upper and lower values on the side of the orifices, respectively.</p> |
