<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode noise filter that implements an improved characteristic of removing common mode noise. <P>SOLUTION: The common mode noise filter includes: a first spiral conductor 12 and a second spiral conductor 15 opposed to each other via an insulating layer 11b; and magnetic parts 21 of a magnetic material formed inside respective spirals of the first and second spiral conductors 12, 15 in insulating layers. Respective conductors constituting the first spiral conductor 12 and the second spiral conductor 15 are arranged such that adjacent conductor runs are spaced substantially the same and that an outermost perimeter of the first spiral conductor 12 and an outermost perimeter of the second spiral conductor 15 are superposed in a top view except for portions connected to external electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
