The purpose of the present invention is to provide a multi-purpose transplanting apparatus which can transplant a variety of seedlings to a plantation. The multi-purpose transplanting apparatus comprises: a main body (10) including a driving source and a frame for supporting the driving source; a pair of driving wheels (20a, 20b) driven by the power of the driving source; a first hydraulic cylinder whose one end portion is fixated to the frame; a second hydraulic cylinder whose one end portion is fixated to the frame; a driving wheel lifting means for changing the operation of the first hydraulic cylinder to lower or raise the driving wheels together; and a slope correction means for changing the operation of the second hydraulic cylinder to raise a driving wheel on one side and lower a driving wheel on the other side, among the pair of driving wheels. In addition, a pair of guide wheels (30) are installed on the front side of the driving wheels (20). The multi-purpose transplanting apparatus can raise or lower the height of the main body (10) depending on the environment of a plantation where seedlings are transplanted and, at the same time, enables efficient transplantation to a sloping ground in the lateral direction by chancing the left and right height of the main body.
