<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platinum-based mesoporous metal film with a large specific surface area, whose frame structure includes a molecule with a diameter larger than those of the conventional ones, the platinum-based mesoporous metal film being able to be used as a highly active catalyst and a technology thereof being able to be applied to a large molecule. <P>SOLUTION: The mesoporous metal film can be formed on an electrode by electrolysis of a dilute solution of: a block copolymer surfactant; and a metal salt which contains platinum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
