<p>The invention relates to a method for extracting plant resins containing pharmacologically active ingredients, said method being characterised in that a) a crude plant resin from a plant containing resin is provided, b) the crude resin is extracted using an extraction mixture containing water, at least one hydrophilic solvent and at least one surfactant, and c) the extraction product obtained in this way is isolated in known ways and optionally further processed. The invention also relates to the extraction product obtained by said method, and to the use of the extraction product as a medicament, a medicinal product, a functional food, a food supplement, or in cosmetics. The invention preferably relates to a method for extracting incense resin.</p> |
