摘要 The process for preparing selective hydrogenation catalyst with palladium according to the resent invention is characterized in that first, there is prepared an impregnation solution containing 3 to 50 g/l of palladium dichloride by dissolving the palladium dichloride in HCl, by which hydrotalcite is impregnated at a temperature in the range of 40 to 70 degC. Subsequently, solvent evaporates from the impregnated hydrotalcite under reduced or atmospheric pressure at a temperature in the range of 35 to 80 degC; palladium dichloride reduces to palladium by the solution of formaldehyde with concentration in the range of 30 to 50 percent by weight of and at a temperature in the range of 20 to 50 degC. The impregnated hydrotalcite is then dried at a temperature in the range of 80 to 120 degC, calcined in air at a temperature in the range of 400 to 650 degC with the heating rate of 0.5 to 3 degC/min and reduces by hydrogen at a temperature in the range of 350 to 450 degC with the heating rate of 0.5 to 3 degC/min immediately prior use in a hydrogenation reaction.
