The present invention relates to a low cost international remittance method and a system thereof. The low cost international remittance system comprises a receiving agency system. The receiving agency system comprises: a control unit; a payment agency DB in which a purchase bond value and a refund debt acquisition value according to a payment agency ID and a setoff value according to a prediction setoff date are stored; and a receiving person DB in which a deposit account ID according to each receiving person ID is stored. Therefore, the low cost international remittance system lowers international remittance costs of a payment agency and refund costs of a payment agency member shop. |
