The present invention relates to a garbage bag with a binding band. The garbage bag comprises an accommodation unit accommodating garbage and the same by having an inlet, wherein the garbage bag has a cylindrical surface, front and rear sides, folded both sides, a sealed lower part, and an open upper part. The garbage bag also comprises a binding band. The whole length of the binding band is formed of a first binding unit and a second binding unit, having a fixed length and fixed width and integrally extended from the both sides of a welding unit. The whole length is within the width of the front side or the rear side, and a folding film surface, and the length of the first binding unit and the second binding unit is same as each other or different from each other. The garbage bag prevents a part of the inlet from not being exposed since the inlet is sealed by the binding band. The garbage bag prevents contents in the accommodation unit from protruding or being separated and prevents odour or garbage from leaking to the outside of the garbage bag. The whole length of the binding band is within the width of the folding film surface, and the front side or the rear side of the garbage bag so that the binding band does not collide wrapping or is free from the interference of the wrapping. Thereby, the garbage bag is easily packed or transferred. The length of the first binding unit is different from that of the second binding unit so that the garbage bag enables a user to bind the garbage bag by using only one among the first binding unit and the second binding unit. |
