The present invention relates to a method for preparing a dual porous structure-type porous polymeric support which has a three-dimensionally controlled macro/micro porous structure by using three-dimensional lamination system based on a phase separation technology via phase exchange between a solvent and a nonsolvent. The present invention further relates to a support produced thereby. Due to far greater porosity and an increase in surface area compared to a support produce by an existing arbitrary shape production method, the load efficiency can increase if loading a drug or growth factors afterward.
