FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method involves correcting the pro- and antioxidant systems by prescribing the preparation Cytoflavin and performing a local exposure generated by Ultratone apparatus with the following parameters: output voltage 3.0 kV, sine-wave output voltage frequency 22 kHz. Cytoflavin is supposed to administer twice a day - in the morning and evening, not later than 5 p.m., at 8-10 hours intervals, at least 30 min before a meal, swallowing it whole and washing down with water, in a standard dosage of 760 mg; the first administration is suggested 3-4 hours before a daily session of the Ultratone therapy in a mode of 22 kHz at a distance from the affected area of 1-2 mm through a gauze wipe for 10-20 seconds per 1 cmof the affected area; the above treatment is accompanied with administering prednisolone in an average daily dose of 30 mg daily; repeated therapeutic courses are prescribed for indications 25-30 days later.EFFECT: method enables reducing lengths of the systemic and local corticosteroid therapy regimens with reducing length of treatment, achieving longer remission, eliminating aesthetic defects, and improving patient's quality of life.2 ex |
