<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper oxide particle excellent in dispersibility; and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: There is disclosed a group of copper oxide particles including a plurality of copper oxide particles, where the average value of major axis length is 100-600 nm, the ratio of average value of major axis length to average value of minor axis length is 2.9-5.5, and the ratio of average value of major axis length to average value of intermediate axis length is 2.0 or more, when the major axis is defined as the distance between parallel two planes selected so as to be maximum among parallel two planes circumscribed to a copper oxide particle; the minor axis is defined as the distance between parallel two planes selected so as to be minimum among parallel two planes orthogonal to the parallel two planes giving the major axis and circumscribed to a copper oxide particle; and the intermediate axis is defined as the distance between parallel two planes selected so as to be maximum among parallel two planes orthogonal to the parallel two planes giving the major axis and circumscribed to a copper oxide particle, in the three-dimensional configuration of the copper oxide particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
