摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror device in which a movable part can rotate (oscillate) around a first axis, the device capable of preventing separation of a magnet and increasing magnetic flux density of a magnetic field acting on the magnet by forming a magnetic path, and to provide a method for manufacturing the mirror device, an optical scanner and an image formation apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A mirror device 1 comprises: a movable plate 11 having a light-reflective light reflection part 12; a pair of shaft members 13a, 13b; a permanent magnet 20 provided for the movable plate 11, disposed in a way that a first axis passes transversely between both poles; a solder layer 21 made of solder, interposed between the movable plate 11 and the permanent magnet 20 to bond the movable plate 11 and the permanent magnet 20; and a ground layer 22 interposed between the movable plate 11 and the solder layer 21, having higher solder wettability than the movable plate 11, and including a soft magnetic material.
