摘要 Disclosed are an organic electroluminescence display device and a method for fabricating the same. A top-emission organic electroluminescence display device, capable of increasing productivity by removing a protective film that covers data wires, and preventing a pad electrode from being damaged due to an etchant during anode patterning by ameliorating the structure of a pad region and fabrication processes, comprising: a substrate separated into a display region and a pad region; a thin film transistor formed in the display region of the substrate; a pad line formed in the pad region of the substrate; a gate pad electrode and a data pad electrode formed in the pad region on the same layer where a gate wire thin film transistor is formed; an interlayer insulating film that is formed on the substrate where the gate pad electrode and the data pad electrode are placed, and partially exposes the gate pad electrode and the data pad electrode to the outside; a first electrode and an auxiliary electrode formed in the display region of the substrate, where the thin film transistor is formed; a bank that encircles the periphery of the first electrode to define an opening, and partially exposes the auxiliary electrode; an organic compound layer formed on the substrate where the bank is formed; and a second electrode that is formed on the substrate where the organic compound layer is formed, and is in contact with the exposed auxiliary electrode.
