摘要 An electrifier is disposed on an entrance side of a parallel channel in which sample gas flowing therein can form a laminar flow. The electrifier includes a discharge electrode to electrically charge fine particles in the sample gas. One or more attraction electrodes are disposed, on one face of a pair of opposed faces of the channel, downstream of the electrifier along a channel direction at locations at different distances from one another from the entrance of the channel. A classification electrode is disposed on the other face of the pair of opposed faces of the channel. The classification electrode is disposed facing the attraction electrode(s), and generates, between the attraction electrode(s) and the classification electrode, an electric field that attracts electrically-charged fine particles in the sample gas flowing in the channel, toward the attraction electrode(s).
