摘要 <p>An organic LED element is provided in which, when a solid scattering material (filler) is used, exposure of the filler at the surface of the scattering layer can be suppressed, without requiring a covering layer including glass to be provided between the scattering layer and an electrode. A translucent substrate (110), a scattering layer (120) including glass (121) and a solid scattering material (122) provided on the translucent substrate (110) and having a thickness of 30 µm or less, and an electrode (130) provided on the scattering layer (120), are provided, and the glass of the scattering layer includes, as represented by mol percentage based on the following oxides, 15% to 60% of B 2 O 3 , 5% to 50% of ZnO, 5% to 37% of Bi 2 O 3 , 0 to 21% of SiO 2 , 0 to 15% of Al 2 O 3 , a total of 0 to 20% of alkaline earth metal oxides, includes substantially no alkali metal oxide, SiO 2 /Bi 2 O 3 (value obtained by dividing SiO 2 -content by Bi 2 O 3 -content) is less than 1.1, and an average particle diameter of the solid scattering material (122) is 100 nm to 900 nm.</p>
