PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle guidance method of drive-through financial store and a drive-through financial store capable of suppressing interference between a vehicle which is going to enter a passage part and a vehicle which is waiting in a standby area.SOLUTION: An electric display tool 150 guides a vehicle to a window part 30 or the like or a standby area 60 according to a state in which the window part 30 or the like can accept or cannot accept the vehicle which is going to enter a passage part 20. When the vehicle is guided to the standby area 60, a stopper device 170 suppresses enter to the window part 30 or the like. After the vehicle is guided to the standby area 60, when the window part 30 or the like becomes a state in which the vehicle can be accepted, guidance by the electric display tool 150 to the window part 30 which becomes the state in which a vehicle which is going to enter the passage part 20 can be accepted, is nullified. Enter suppression of the stopper device 170 is released, and then a vehicle which is waiting on the standby area 60 is guided to window correspondence areas 32, 42 of the window part 30 or the like which becomes the state in which a vehicle which is waiting on the standby area 60 can be accepted. |
